Online sales - Once payment is received for in stock online items, parcels will be sent in 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, the piece will be made to order and you will receive an email stating an expected delivery date. 

Made to Order - Some collection items are made to order. This process takes 2-4 weeks due to the different processes involved in making the piece. Please contact us if you require work to be completed sooner.

Bespoke/Remodels - Each project differs but a usual time frame for completion is 4-6 weeks. This is from the initial design stages to the finished piece. Lead times will be discussed during the initial design consultation. Please contact us if you require work to be completed sooner.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times will differ depending on the location of the customer…
UK Shipping:

• We use Royal Mail Special Delivery. 
• All items are tracked and insured. 
• You will receive a tracking number once the item has been posted. If an item is not delivered, it will be returned to Purnell Jewellery, once received we will arrange an alternative delivery.

EU shipping:

• We use Royal Mail International Airsure. 
• All items are tracked and insured.
• You will receive a tracking number when the item has been sent. 
• The process usually takes 3-5 days but can be occasionally delayed at customs. 

There may be charges for customs, duties or tax when the parcel is received by the destination country. It is the customers responsibility to be aware of customs laws, make contact with the customs office if required and have an understanding of any charges that will apply. Purnell Jewellery does not take responsibility for this and any extra charges are payable by the customer. With any delivery outside of the UK, the buyer must take full responsibility for any risks involved with international shipping (delayed delivery, lost parcels, payment of duties, etc).
